Purchased a Touareg from these guys end of December. They had a few in stock and were super helpful at the viewing. They organised for a tow bar to be fitted for me before I picked it up - were super responsive to all my questions and when an issue cropped up a few weeks after purchase they had the car back promptly to fix it for me (and had a courtesy car for me whilst it was being fixed). I have recently bought a vw touareg from this company. We went to look at one car, but Mark said a deposit had been taken and showed us another car which had just come in. After showing us round, Mark just left to look around the car and if we needed any help to give him a shout. There was no pressure selling at all, not like other garages. Mark let us go on a test drive by ourselves which was good. On return we agreed to a part exchange price for my car, which i was happy with. Huge personal investment from each of them to what they do and what they provide both as a service and the products via that service. Brought bmw series 1 from TCL. Very good service and honest guys both Mark and Ben. Had little misunderstand but end of the day everything was solved out quickly. Had issue with the car battery because after one month it became flat so contacted TCL. They offered to pay for battery replacement but after sending the invoice they paid the full amount on the invoice including mobile fitting to me. Appreciated your honesty. Also like to say thanks to Ben for lift to train station.

After speaking to Ben and Mark last week about a car I was interested in, I went and Picked up my new car on up Saturday was a bit of a gamble as I drove all the way from Kent to collect which was 185 miles one way but they seemed so good over the phone so I had to make the journey anyway... and I have to say I was very happy with how well the description of the car matched the car perfectly and the car looked just as good in the flesh as it did on the pictures! The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car from these two!
