After speaking to Ben and Mark last week about a car I was interested in, I went and Picked up my new car on up Saturday was a bit of a gamble as I drove all the way from Kent to collect which was 185 miles one way but they seemed so good over the phone so I had to make the journey anyway... and I have to say I was very happy with how well the description of the car matched the car perfectly and the car looked just as good in the flesh as it did on the pictures! The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car from these two! Car was perfect, customer service was perfect all round just a great pair of blokes to do business with! Will be putting my order in of my next car in the near future.
I got a new car from the car collection last week. I have purchased cars from many dealers over the years, and have to say this is the best experience I have ever had! I have recently purchased my second car from Ben and his team. The service he provides is second to none. I would highly recommend the car collection to anyone looking for a new car. Also just to add, when purchasing both cars I had my kids with me, Ben was very understanding and even let them sit and watch TV whilst we went through the paperwork.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Mark was very professional and sent me video of the car I was interested in after I called to enquire. I came along to see the car in person and we negotiated a good deal to trade my old car in for this one. I am very happy with the service I received and Mark was very understanding when I had to delay picking up the car due to my baby being born early. Cannot rate these guys highly enough - absolutely faultless service. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable from the point of enquiry to driving away with the car. Mark who I dealt with mostly was extremely helpful, reassuring, and honest. The car was exactly as described when I saw it in person. All my questions were answered quickly, they were very reasonable on part exchange, and it was just an all round very relaxing buying experience.
